and the little dog laughed. is an Australian brand founded in 2008 by designer Kylie Platt, who set out to make soft toys that outlast childhood — built from natural fibers, finished by hand, the kind of thing that gets passed down rather than donated. Edmond Duck is cotton plush with warm caramel corduroy accents, dressed in a vanilla cream beanie knitted from Australian merino wool. He is, objectively, a duck with a lot going on, and children love him for it.
