Why we built it
The second baby gets the hand-me-downs. She had the ordinary version of all of this the first time, and this is the one she'd have chosen.

The good one, this time.
Cut long and loose in Sunday Citizen's Snug waffle, the same fabric as their blankets, with a shawl collar, pockets and a tie. Machine washable.
Naturopathica, Manuka Honey Whipped Oil
For skin that's done with lotion.
A whipped body oil built on manuka honey and botanical oils, somewhere between a balm and a butter, with no synthetic fragrance. Naturopathica's richest thing.
Sunday Edition, Nude Candle
Lit once the house is down.
Orange peel, apricot and pear over jasmine and white patchouli, finishing on vanilla, amber and oud. Handmade in New York in coconut and soy wax, in a matte ceramic vessel that stays once the wax is gone.
