Developed with Isabella Boylston — principal dancer with American Ballet Theatre — this mineral-rich bath soak was born from a ballerina's need for real recovery after punishing rehearsal days. Epsom salts and arnica extract soothe tired muscles, while jojoba oil hydrates without leaving an oily film. Colloidal oatmeal and sea salt gently exfoliate, addressing the dry, tight skin that comes with physical demand. Eucalyptus and peppermint essential oils cut through mental fog and ease stress. Dissolve a handful in warm running water and soak for at least 20 minutes — or use it as a foot soak when you need targeted relief. For the postpartum body, the overwhelmed new mother, or anyone whose day has asked too much. A recharging ritual that actually works.
