WHY WE BUILT IT

The Library, First Edition is the bundle we built for the gifter who would rather give literature than almost anything else. Six primers, chosen as a starting literary library — not the books a baby reads, but the books the parents want on the nursery shelf. The set photographs as a row of small literary objects, each one a primer in form and a canonical text in spirit. Sent to the household where books are how the family is announced to a child.
