what is left on it
Every card we issue keeps its own page, and the balance on that page is always the current one. It updates each time the card is used, so there is nothing to look up and nothing to keep a note of.
The link is in the email the card arrived in, from milk & honey babies. Open it and the balance is the first thing on the page.
Have the link
It will look like checkout.shopify.com/gift_cards, followed by a long code.
Cannot find the email
Write to us with the last four characters of the code and the email address it was sent to, and we will tell you what is on it the same day.
Using it
Enter the code at checkout and the balance applies to your order. Spend part of it and the rest stays on the card for next time.
